OBITUARY Wanda Faye Beauchamp of Viburnum, MO departed this life in Columbia, MO on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, having reached the age of sixty-two years, eight months and three days. Wanda was born in St. Louis, MO on February 20, 1962, daughter of Eliel Pagen Beauchamp and Eunice Faye Beauchamp nee Hafley. Wanda is survived by her mother, Eunice Hatfield of Viburnum, MO; by her siblings, Glen Newkirk, Sherry Newkirk-Stevens, Robin Newkirk, Robert Hatfield of Chico, CA, Christina Runyon of Viburnum, MO and Melissa Burris of Viburnum, MO; by one aunt, Barbara Cook of Steelville, MO; by one uncle, Charles Renshaw and wife, Jan, of Cedar Hill, MO; by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Wanda was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles, Mona Daughtery, Velma Martin, Shirley Hafley, infant Harlen Hafley, Berlie Lewis, Charles Lewis, Robert Renshaw, Richard Renshaw and Albert Renshaw. Wanda was a Christian of the Baptist faith and had been attending First Baptist Church of Cherryville, MO. During her working career she was employed by Worth Industries as a laborer, counting and sorting pens for packaging, retiring after thirty years of service to the company. She loved to read and write, dance and listen to music, especially Michael Jackson. Due to her selfless and generous act of organ donation she has already saved the life of seven individuals so far. She cherished the time spent with her family. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will forever live on in their hearts. A kind and loving daughter, sister, nieces, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Rev. Raymond Laramore officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Lonedell, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.
