OBITUARY Virginia Catherine Snow of St. Clair, MO departed this life in Washington, MO on Sunday, November 10, 2024, having reached the age of eighty-eight years, two months and eleven days. Virginia was born in St. Clair, MO on August 30, 1936, daughter of Henry Clay Roller and Ruth Ellen Roller nee VanLeer. On October 27, 1951 she was united in marriage to Donald Dean Snow and two children came to bless this union. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Sherry Wall of St. Clair, MO; by her grandchildren, Jacob Dazey and wife, Alyssa, of Rolla, MO, Tyler Dazey of Springfield, MO and Ryan Dazey of Springfield, MO; by her great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Nolan and Benjamin Dazey, all of Rolla, MO; by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ruth Roller; by her husband, Donald Snow; by her son, Gary Snow; by her brothers, Paul York, Sr., Robert Roller, Kenneth Roller, Sr. and Harold Roller; and by her sisters, Edna Willis and Doris Schatz. Virginia was a Christian and member of St. Clair Christian Church in St. Clair, MO. She made caring for her home and family her job in life and never tired of it. Virginia volunteered and the Agape Store in St. Clair, MO for over thirty years and is desperately missed by all of her Agape family. She was a longtime member of Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 96, St. Clair, MO. She loved doing jigsaw puzzles, playing video games on the computer, listening to gospel music, especially Jimmy Swaggert and eating butter pecan ice cream. Virginia loved spending time with friends and family and especially cherished the time spent with her grandchildren. She was a very tendered hearted woman that was always willing to help. A kind and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, great and great-great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, November 15, 2024 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Rev. Roger Koster officiating. Interment will be in Midlawn Memorial Gardens in Union, MO. Memorials may be made to Parkway Church of the Nazarene in St. Clair, MO.
