OBITUARY Vicky Renee Utz-Foulks of St. Clair, MO departed this life in Washington, MO on January 10, 2022, having reached the age of sixty-five years, three months and fifteen days. Vicky was born in St. Louis, MO on September 26, 1956, daughter of James Victor Graham and Bernice Orilla Graham nee Kobermann. As a young woman she was united in marriage and blessed to have five children. On September 21, 1991 she was united in marriage to Gary Thomas Foulks. Vicky is survived by her children, Tanya Renee Ammerman and husband, Dennis, of St. Clair, MO, Michelle Beatrice Burcham and husband, Randy, of St. Clair, David Andrew Utz and wife, Kim, of Villa Ridge, MO, Crystal Lynn Utz of St. Clair and Stacy Lee "Marie" Martin and husband, Nicholas, of St. Clair; by her first husband and lifelong friend, Thomas Leston Utz, of Villa Ridge; by four brothers, John Graham of Doniphan, MO, Richard Graham and wife, Judy, of Sullivan, MO, Mike Graham of Sullivan and Timmy Graham and girlfriend, Marilyn Hunt, of St. Clair; by three sisters, Terry Stevens and husband, Larry, of St. Clair, Colleen Stevens of Union, MO and Bernice Graham of Sullivan; by thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bernice Graham; by her husband, Gary Foulks; by three brothers, Robert, Tommy and Jerry Graham; and by three sisters, Sandra Murray, Patricia Hunt and Sherry Graham. Vicky was a Christian of the Baptist faith and would visit Roots Church in St. Clair, MO with Stacy when her health allowed. During her working career she was employed as a waitress at Tri County Truck Stop in Villa Ridge, MO for about thirteen years, as well as Bobbers Café in Sullivan and The Windmill in Stanton, MO. She had also previously worked at Cedar Crest Nursing Home in Washington, MO and St. Clair Nursing Center in St. Clair. Vicky enjoyed going boating on the river, shopping, dancing and watching old western movies. She had a way of putting others first, always helping and taking care of others. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and playing with and caring for her grandchildren brought her great joy. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great and great-great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Pastor Charles Keith officiating. Interment was in Anaconda Community Cemetery in St. Clair. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
