OBITUARY Sean-Michael Bryan Middleton, known to all as Sean, of St. Clair, MO departed this life in Sioux Falls, SD on May 22, 2023, having reached the age of forty-six years, six months and twenty-one days. Sean was born in Washington, MO on December 2, 1976, son of Michael Glen Middleton and Ann Jilletta Middleton nee Osborn. As a young man he was blessed to have two children. In June of 2011 he began sharing his life with Deborah Elizabeth Ennis. Sean is survived by his fiancé, Deborah Ennis of St. Clair, MO; by his children, Lucy Anne Middleton and Zachary Ryan Middleton, both of St. Clair, MO; by his step-children, Joshua Hunter and wife, Chaz, of Bourbon, MO, Alecialinn Hunter of Sullivan, MO and Hailey Hojnowski and husband, Jake, of St. Clair, MO; by his parents, Mike and Jill Middleton of St. Clair, MO; by his sister, Stephanie Middleton Larson of St. Clair, MO; by his grandmother, Dorothy Osborn, of St. Clair, MO; by twelve grandchildren, aunts, uncles, great-aunts and uncles, in-laws, cousins and many friends. Sean was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bud Osborn and Kenneth and Marcella Middleton. Sean was a Christian, believing in the Lord as his Savior and had attended Roots Church in St. Clair, MO. During his working career he was employed by Parker Hannifin in Washington, MO as a machinist for twenty-three years and was most recently employed by FedEx as a driver for the last five years. He enjoyed working on his tractor, riding his four-wheeler and building furniture. He also enjoyed going hunting, fishing, boating and spending time at the lake. He loved spending time with his children, step-children and grandchildren and going to his children's sporting events. Spending time with his family brought him great joy and the many precious memories they created will forever live on in their hearts. A kind and loving fiancé, father, step-father, grandfather, son, grandson, brother, nephew, great-nephew, cousin and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, with memorial service at 5:30 PM, on Friday, July 7, 2023 at Roots Church in St. Clair, MO. A private committal will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to an educational fund for his children in care of Stephanie Larson. The family was served by Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO.
