OBITUARY Robert Normand Rodrigue of St. Clair, MO departed this life at his home on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, having reached the age of sixty-four years, six months and twenty-nine days. Robert was born in Brockton, MA on September 12, 1959, son of Emile Wilfred Rodrigue and Dorothy Blanche Rodrigue nee Leger. As a young man he was united in marriage and blessed to have three sons. Robert is survived by his sons, Dereck Rodrigue and wife, Kellie, of Pacific, MO, Jamie Rodrigue and wife, Starr, of St. Clair, MO and Dana Rodrigue and wife, Nicole, of St. Peters, MO; by one brother, Roger Rodrigue and wife, Joy, of Berkley, MA; by his sister, Claudette Howland and husband, John, of Brockton, MA; by his grandchildren, Kelder Rodrigue, Tristen Rodrigue, Jordan Rodrigue, Anthony Rodrigue and Dominic Rodrigue; by great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Emile and Dorothy Rodrigue; and by one brother, Ronald Rodrigue. Robert was a Christian, having been raised in the Catholic faith and believing in the Lord as his Savior. During his working career he was employed by Matson Glass Company in Brockton, MA as a glazier, fixing, installing and replacing windows. He later went on to employment at Waste Connections in Richwoods, MO as a driver. Robert enjoyed going fishing, boating and camping at The Village in Hermann, MO. He also enjoyed watching sports. Robert was a simple and very laidback man that enjoyed time spent with his sons and grandchildren. The love they shared and many precious memories they created together will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him. The family of Robert Rodrigue entrusted the care of their loved one to Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO.
