Patsy Ruth Dixon (Sullivan), 97, of St. Clair, Missouri, passed away on September 3, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Patsy was born on October 10, 1928, in St. Clair, Missouri to Pat and Mattie Sullivan. In 1947, she was married to Gene Dixon. They had three children together: Jim, Richard (passed at birth), and Susan. She was known for her love of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The epitome of grace, she led a life marked by generosity and kindness to family and friends, dedication to her church, and unwavering faith in the Lord. Visitation will be held at First Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO on Saturday September 12 from 9-11 a.m. with funeral service to follow. Though deeply missed, Patsy's love, wisdom, and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
