OBITUARY

Marko Creighton Glogovac passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving behind a profound sense of loss for all who knew and loved him. Though his life was tragically cut short, Marko’s final act was one of extraordinary generosity—he was an organ donor, giving others the gift of life and hope.

Marko was the beloved husband of Andrea Glogovac and a devoted father to his children, Jocelyn and Marko “Dominik” Glogovac, who were the center of his world.

He was the son of Jan Glogovac and was preceded in death by his father, Mike Glogovac. Marko is survived by his siblings, Jane (Mike) Mudd, and Derek (Kelly) Glogovac. He was a loving brother-in-law to Amanda (David Rice) Colletti, and Joe (Meisha) Colletti. He is also survived by his parents-in-law who remained important members of his extended family. Marko was a proud and loving uncle to Natalie, Bobby, Nora, Luka, Johnathan and Camille.

Marko found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. He enjoyed playing the harmonica, listening to music, bar-b-queing, reading the news, watching football, cheering on Serbia in World Cup soccer, and watching horror movies, often sharing these interests with family, friends, and his dog Blu. These passions reflected his warmth, creativity, and love.

Though Marko’s time on earth was far too short, his impact will be lasting. Through his love, his memories, and his final gift as an organ donor, Marko’s legacy will continue to live on. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.

A celebration of life for Marko will be held at a later date.
