OBITUARY Linda Louise Haskins of St. Clair, MO departed this life at her home on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, having reached the age of sixty-six years, four months and fifteen days. Linda was born in Washington, MO on January 20, 1958, daughter of Theodore Michael Suntrup, Jr. and Charlene Josephine Suntrup nee Monzyk. As a young woman she was united in marriage and blessed to have four children. Linda is survived by her daughter, Ashley Haskins of St. Clair, MO; by her son Lucas Haskins of St. Clair, MO; by two brothers, Paul Suntrup of Union, MO and Glen Suntrup and wife, Marshia, of St. Clair, MO; by two sisters, Mary Suntrup of St. Clair, MO and Debra Busby and husband, Frank, of St. Clair, MO; by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Charlene Suntrup; by one son, Joseph Haskins; by one daughter, Heather Haskins; by one brother, John Suntrup; and by one sister, Marcia Suntrup, known as Marty. Linda was a Christian of the Catholic faith and member of St. Clare Catholic Church in St. Clair, MO; During her working career she achieved her Bachelor Degree in Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for Mercy Hospital and SSM DePaul Hospital. She enjoyed going fishing and tending to her flower garden. Linda also enjoyed riding horses and watching game shows on television. What meant most to her was time spent with family. The love they shared and many precious memories they created together will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving mother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, June 10, 2024 at St. Clare Catholic Church in St. Clair, MO with Father Eric Kunz officiating. Interment will be in St. Clare Catholic Cemetery in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to St. Clare Catholic Church.
