OBITUARY Kevin Ray Huellinghoff of St. Clair, MO, departed this life in Town & Country, MO on January 28, 2023, having reached the age of sixty-two years, three months and seven days. Kevin was born in Washington, MO on October 21, 1960, son of Frederick Frank Huellinghoff and Cecelia Ann Huellinghoff nee Burt. On August 6, 1983 he was united in marriage to Rita Mae Bever and three children came to bless this union. Kevin is survived by his wife, Rita Huellinghoff of St. Clair, MO; by his children, Sara Kelley, John Huellinghoff and Nathan Huellinghoff, all of St. Clair, MO; by his mother, Cecelia Huellinghoff and special friend, Jim Hagedorn, of Washington, MO; by his mother-in-law, Danita Bever, of Sullivan, MO; by his grandchildren, Jersey Kelley and Declan Kelley of St. Clair, MO; by his brothers, Steve Huellinghoff and wife, Judene, of Cuba, MO, Ronnie Huellinghoff and wife, Robin, of Villa Ridge, MO, Tim Huellinghoff and wife, Jennifer, of Washington, MO and Roger Huellinghoff and wife, Lori, of Washington, MO; by his sisters, Connie Huellinghoff of Washington, MO and Jennifer Rousan and husband, Kevin, of St. Clair, MO; by aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great- nieces, cousins and many friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Fred Huellinghoff; and by his father-in-law, John Bever. Kevin was a Christian, having been raised in the Catholic faith and believing in the Lord as his Savior. During his working career he was employed by Lakebrink Custom Concrete and later went on to own and operate Huellinghoff Flat Work for many years. Kevin was a member of St. Clair Elks Lodge #2651 where he enjoyed spending time with friends. He also loved going to his children's and grandchildren's baseball, basketball and football games at school. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, and enjoyed watching the games. He also enjoyed watching western movies on the television. What meant most to him was time spent with family. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, February 3, 2023 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Lionel Robins officiating. Interment will be in Green Mound Cemetery in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to St. Clair Elks Lodge #2651 in St. Clair, MO.
