OBITUARY Kevin Scott Grable of Fenton, MO departed this life in Fenton, MO on Sunday, March 23, 2025, having reached the age of sixty-four years, two months and twenty-three days. Kevin was born in St. Louis, MO on December 28, 1960, son of Harold Everett Grable and Emily Rose Grable nee Bradley. As a young man he was united in marriage and blessed to have four children. Kevin is survived by three children, Amber Grable of Dittmer, MO, Keal Grable and wife, Cristal, of CA and Kyle Grable and girlfriend, Grace Killen, of St. Peters, MO; by his brothers, Bryon Grable and wife, Lora, of Belton, MO and Jimmy Grable and wife, Sonya, of St. Clair, MO; by two sisters, Vickie Foster Grable of Grandview, MO and Patty Schmidt and husband, Ryan, of Cedar Hill, MO; by his aunt, Viola Bradley of Union, MO; by his grandchildren, Arianna Grable, Isabella Majors and Caine Grable; by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Emily Grable; by one daughter, Michelle Grable; and by one sister, Malinda Grable. Kevin was a Christian, having been raised in the Catholic faith and believing in the Lord as his Savior. He was proud to have served his country in the United States Army, entering on April 29, 1980 and receiving his honorable discharge on April 25, 1983. During his working career he had previously worked on a dairy farm, for a cable company and most recently had a civilian contract as a mechanic for the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether going fishing or riding motorcycles. What meant most to him was time spent with family. His children and grandchildren held a very special place in his heart, as he did in theirs. The love they shared and many precious memories they created together will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Pastor Fred Wells officiating. Interment with full military honors will be in Crestview Memorial Park in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
