OBITUARY Kenneth Mack Brison, I of Florissant, MO departed this life in Florissant, MO on Saturday, April 26, 2025, having reached the age of fifty-nine years, five months and seven days. Kenneth was born in Washington, MO on November 19, 1965, son of Welton Brison, known to all as Pete, and Rosie Evelyn Brison nee Generally. On October 5, 1996 he was united in marriage to Sharon Denise Betts and five children came to bless this union. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Sharon Brison of Florissant, MO; by his children, Elizabeth Hamilton and husband, LaMonte, of Berkley, MO, Katherine "Katie" Brison of Rockton, IL, Kenneth "Kenny" Bison, II of Florissant, MO, William "Billy" Brison of Florissant, MO and Johnathan "Johnny" Brison of Florissant, MO; by his grandchildren, Ellia, Liana, and Loraine Hamilton; by his mother, Rosie Brison of Robertsville, MO; by his brothers, John Brison and wife, Dana, of Chesterfield, MO and Rev. Billy Brison and wife, Muriel, of Berger, MO; by his mother-in-law, Cheryl Betts-Gill and husband, Leroy, of Florissant, MO; by aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Welton Brison: by his father-in-law, Marvin Betts; and by his nephew, Travis Brison. Kenneth was a Christian of the Baptist faith and believing in the Lord as his Savior. After graduating law school he went on to practice law. He was a partner at a law firm before starting his own law firm, The Brison Law Firm in St. Louis, MO. He also served as a Judge for the City of Bland, MO, City Attorney and Prosecutor for the City of Berger, MO. He had a variety of hobbies and interests throughout his life including carpentry, woodworking, trivia, BMW's (E39 and E46), and working on cars. Kenneth loved spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and working his vegetable garden. He also enjoyed playing golf, and watching sports, especially watching his children play sports. What meant most to him was time spent with family. The love they shared and many precious memories they created together will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, son, brother, brother-in-law, nephew, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him. Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Friday, May 2, 2025 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Rev. Darren Perkins officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Robertsville, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.
