OBITUARY Kathryn Cecelia Manley of St. James, MO departed this life in St. James on September 1, 2022 having reached the age of sixty-four years, eleven months and nine days. Kathryn was born in St. Louis, MO on September 23, 1957, daughter of Richard Douglas Frederick and Lillian Lee Frederick nee McKinnon. As a young woman she was united in marriage and blessed to have three children. About twenty-four years ago she began sharing her life with John Eisenhart. Kathryn is survived by her significant other, John Eisenhart of New Haven, MO; by her sons, Raymond Manley of St. Clair, MO and Harold Manley and fiancé, Misty Hinni, of Union, MO; by her daughter, Shirley Manley and fiancée, Deacon Chrisman, of St. Clair, MO; by two brothers, Johnny Frederick and wife, Tammy, of Villa Ridge, MO and Frankie Frederick and wife, Tina, of Union, MO; by two sisters, Stella Voyles of St. Louis, MO and Folina Mayfield and husband, Dwayne, of Villa Ridge, MO; by her former son-in-law, Robert Ennis of St. Louis, MO; by five grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lillian Frederick; by two grandchildren, Payton Manley and Douglas Manley; by two brothers, rick Frederick and Walter Frederick; and by one sister, Dorothy Richardson. Kathryn was a Christian, having been raised in the Baptist faith and believing in the Lord as her Savior. During her working career she was employed by EMPAC Group, formerly known as Shelter Workshop, in Washington, MO for over fifteen years. She loved to read and make potholders. In her younger years she enjoyed canning vegetables. Kathryn also loved watching television, movies on the Hallmark channel and shows like Highway to Heaven and Little House on the Prairie. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and she took great joy caring for her home and family. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will forever be cherished by them all. A kind and loving companion, mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Rev. Raymond Laramore officiating. Interment will be in Cove Cemetery in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to EMPAC Workshop in Washington, MO.
