OBITUARY
Jacquline Henry of St. Clair, MO, known to all as Jackie, departed this life in Sullivan, MO on Monday, August 17, 2026, having reached the age of eighty-nine years, eight months and fourteen days. Jackie was born in Clay, KY on December 3, 1936, daughter of Jack Brantley and Marguritte Brantley nee Crumpton. On December 30, 1955 she was united in marriage to Bobby Ray Henry and two sons came to bless this union.
Jackie is survived by one son, Anthony Henry of St. Clair, MO; by one brother, Douglas Brantley and wife, Diane, of Clay, KY; by one sister, Marie Vaughn of Shady Grove, KY; by her grandchildren, Coby Henry of St. Clair, MO, Aaron Henry, Sr. and wife, Danelle, of Mokane, MO, Caleb Henry and wife, Nickie, of Festus, MO and Blake Henry of St. Clair, MO; by her great-grandchildren, Calvin, Kyley, Aaron, Jr., Brantley, Blaine, Adelynn, Wrenley, Liliana and Nora; by her great-great-grandson, Culhane; by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Marguritte Brantley; by her husband, Bobby Henry; by one son, Gregory Henry; by one brother, Winfred Brantley; and by one sister, Dana Vaughn.
Jackie was a Christian and member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO. She made caring for her home and family her job in life and never tired of it. Jackie enjoyed quilting, working in the yard, growing flowers and vegetables and had even been cutting her own grass up until last year. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren held a very special place in her heart and she loved to attend their sporting events at school. What meant most to her was time spent with family and the love they shared and many precious memories they created together will be cherished by them all forever.
A kind and loving mother, grandmother, great and great-great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great and great-great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, August 28, 2026 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in St. Clair, MO with Brother Johnny Dover officiating. Entombment will be in Crestview Memorial Park Haven of Rest Mausoleum in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to the church. The family of Jacquline Henry entrusted the care of their loved one to Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO.
