OBITUARY Gladys Diann Morgan, known to all as Diann, of St. Clair, MO departed this life in St. Clair on Thursday, November 14, 2024, having reached the age of seventy-four years, two months and fourteen days. Diann was born in Hayti, MO on August 31, 1950, daughter of Harvey Dee Morgan and Delia Lane Morgan nee Murphy. As a young woman she was united in marriage and blessed to have three children. Diann is survived by her daughter, Debbie Hinson and husband, Bill, of St. Clair, MO; by one sister, Kay Davidson and husband, Gary, of Mountain Home, AR; by four grandchildren, Chasity Redhage and husband, Jared, of Union, MO, Allison Burnett and husband, Johnathan, of St. Clair, MO, Megan Conley and husband, Hayden, of St. Clair, MO and Emma Teems and husband, Zachary, of Union, MO; by her great-grandchildren, Natalee, Westyn and Opal Redhage, Wrenley Burnett and Evelyn Conley; by nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Diann was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Delia Morgan; by her son, Jeff Goodwin; by one daughter, Tamatha "Tammy" Kamper; by her son-in-law, Dennis "Spike" Kamper; by her brother, Doyle Morgan; by three sisters, Dorothy Kelley, Linda Clayton and Debbie Ashbaugh; and by her grandson, Jacob Goodwin. Diann was a Christian, believing in the Lord as her Savior and had been attending Bethel Baptist Church in Lonedell, MO. During her working career she was employed as a secretary for a recycling center. Diann enjoyed playing bingo, going shopping and doing online shopping also. She enjoyed crocheting, going fishing and playing cards, especially Rummy. She also enjoyed spending time at the St. Clair Senior Center and watching Yellowstone. Diann especially loved her pet cat Buddie and pet dog Macy. She cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They held a very special place in her heart, as she did in theirs. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will live on in their hearts forever. A kind and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great and great-great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 17, 2024 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Rev. Ben Kingston officiating. Interment will be in United Methodist Cemetery in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
