OBITUARY Donna June Cornman of Potosi, MO departed this life at her home on Thursday, November 17, 2022, having reached the age of fifty-nine years, seven months and thirty days. Donna was born in Washington, MO on March 18, 1963, daughter of Robert LeRoy Johnson and Dolores Lee Johnson nee Hachmeister. On November 25, 1998 she was united in marriage to Duane Lee Cornman and their families were joined as one. Donna is survived by her husband, Duane Cornman of Potosi, MO; by her children, Melody Bailey and husband, Charles, of Union, MO, Amber Roller and significant other, Kurtis, of Sullivan, MO, Stephanie Brown and husband, Shane, of Lonedell, MO, Alyssa Ezell and husband, Adam, of Potosi, MO, Nicholas Cornman of Potosi, MO and Colten Cornman of Potosi, MO; by her sister, Jeanine Lewis and husband, Delbert, of St. Clair, MO; by three brothers, Steve Godefroid and wife, Tammy, of St. Clair, MO, Robert Johnson of the state of FL and Doug Godefroid of the state of FL; by her special cousin, Regina Hampson and significant other, Rick, of Lonedell, MO; by twelve grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Dolores Johnson; by three brothers and one sister. Donna was a Christian and was attending Grassy Hollow Southern Baptist Church in Potosi, MO. During her working career she had worked in housekeeping in her younger years. Donna then went on to employment at Georgian Gardens Care Center in Potosi, MO as a Certified Nursing Assistant for several years. She loved horses, doing puzzles of all kinds and going deer hunting. Donna also loved to listen to music and dance. What meant most to her was the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. They were her pride and joy and she cherished the time spent with them. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will never be forgotten. A kind and loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 3:00 PM Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO. A private committal will be held at a later date.
