OBITUARY Danielle Marie Murdick of Grubville, MO departed this life in Creve Coeur, MO on Monday, May 1, 2023, having reached the age of thirty years, one month and nine days. Danielle was born in St. Louis, MO on March 22, 1993, daughter of Danny Gene Murdick and Pamela Sue Akins nee Hudson. Danielle is survived by her parents, Pamela Akins and husband, Brad, of Grubville, MO and Danny Murdick and girlfriend, Robin Cheslock, of Dittmer, MO; by her grandmother, Donna DeMiere of Imperial, MO; by her aunts, Linda Payne and husband, Glennon, of St. Louis, MO, Sandy Wheeler and husband, George, of Union, MO, Patricia Hoffman and significant other, Ken Berghoff, of Pacific, MO Tina Brown and husband, Joe, of Stoutsville, MO; by cousins and many friends. Danielle was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harrison Murdick and Lillie and Leroy Hudson; and by her uncle, Edmond Davis. Danielle was a Christian, having been raised in the Baptist faith and believing in the Lord as her Savior. During her working career she worked as a housekeeper at St. Clair Nursing Home and Big River Nursing Center. Danielle loved to go fishing and spend time on the river. She had a special fondness for her dogs, Lil B, King and Max. She also loved spending time with and playing with children. What meant most to her was spending time with family and friends. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving daughter, granddaughter, nieces, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, May 5, 2023 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Pastor Joshua Wright officiating. A private committal will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to Villalobos Rescue Center (Pitbulls & Parolees).
