Bettie Alice Huggins (nee Raulston) of Lonedell, Mo. passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 83. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Eugene Huggins. One surviving daughter Wanda Jean Altmann (husband Joe), grandson Aaron Altmann (wife Rebecca) and great grandson Zane, nieces Sheila Kunkel, Robin Norton, Jackie Henson, and nephews Dudley Raulston, and Roy Raulston. Many great nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors. Bettie was a teachers aid and school nurse at Lonedell R-14 School. She enjoyed her work there and had many friends. She treated all the children as if they were her own. She enjoyed bowling and watching sports especially the Kansas City Chiefs. She loved spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to Stray Rescue, American Cancer Society, or American Kidney Fund.
