Shaun Raymond Stanfill

February 6, 2007 - May 12, 2022

OBITUARY Shaun Raymond Stanfill of St. Clair, MO departed this life in St. Clair on May 12, 2022, having reached the age of fifteen years, three months and six days. Shaun was born in Kirkwood, MO on February 6, 2007, son of Gary Keith Stanfill, Jr. and Georgia Lena Mae Lashly. Shaun is survived by his mother, Georgia Lashly of St. Clair, MO; by his siblings, Shane Stanfill of St. Clair, MO, Mason Stanfill of Pacific, MO, Gary Stanfill, III and girlfriend, Kati ,of Eureka, MO, Brittany Stanfill of Catawissa, MO and Amanda Adams and husband, Aaron, of Pacific, MO; by two grandmothers, Sara Fryer of Sullivan, MO and Jeanne Stanfill of St. Charles, MO; by his niece, Aryanna; by three nephews, Ayden, Alexavier and Sonny; by aunts, uncles, great-aunts and uncles, cousins and many friends. Shaun was preceded in death by his father, Gary Stanfill, Jr.; and by his grandfathers, Gary Stanfill, Sr. and Randall Fryer. Shaun was attending St. Clair High School where he was involved in many school activities. He played football and enjoyed wrestling, running track and weightlifting. The school honored Shaun’s passing by retiring his #46 football jersey and locker. He also in earlier years played little league soccer. He loved riding dirt bikes and mopeds, and was part of the “Moped Mafia”. He also loved shooting guns and playing video games, especially on his X Box. Shaun also enjoyed working at Old Cove Canoe Rental and spending time on the river. What meant most to him was time spent with family and friends. The love they shared and many precious memories they created will never be forgotten. A kind and loving son, grandson, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, great-nephew, cousin and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 to 7:00 PM on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at the St. Clair Elks Lodge. The family of Shaun Raymond Stanfill entrusted the care of their loved one to Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO.
