OBITUARY Linda Kay Dickinson of Union, MO departed this life in Creve Coeur, MO on February 11, 2022, having reached the age of seventy-four years, three months and twenty-two days. Linda was born in Washington, MO on October 20, 1947, daughter of Willard Wilson Crum, known to all as Wilson, and Lola May Crum nee Farrow. On August 20, 1966 she was united in marriage to Richard Merle Dickinson and two children came to bless this union. Linda is survived by her son, Kip Dickinson and wife, Shelly, of Wright City, MO; by her daughter, Erin Tesar and husband, Brett, of Union, MO; by her mother, Lola Crum of Union, MO; by her sister, Susan Paxson and husband, Rob, of Union, MO; by her brother-in-law, John Dickinson and wife, Jean, of Hermann ,MO; by her grandchildren, Tre’ Tesar of Union, MO, Rilyn Hildebrandt and husband, Quinton, of Kansas City, MO and Carrison Tesar of Union, MO; by her great-granddaughter, Winnie Hildebrandt and her soon to arrive great-granddaughter, Wrenleigh Hildebrandt; by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Wilson Crum; and by her husband, Richard Dickinson. Linda was a Christian and member of Bethel Baptist Church in Lonedell, MO. She was employed as a secretary and administrative assistant at various factories in the area for several years but made caring for her home and family her primary job. Linda loved to travel, especially for her yearly trip to Florida, and visit various Amish communities. She loved to shop, go to yard sales and play bingo. Remodeling and rearranging her house was another pastime of hers. What meant most to her was time spent with her family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy and they created many precious memories together. The love they shared will be cherished by them all forever. A kind and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her. Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Rev. John Dover officiating. Interment was in Prospect Cemetery in Lonedell, MO. Memorials may be made to Garwood Youth Camp in Van Buren, MO.
