Obituary
OBITUARY

Destiny Olivia Pearson of Lonedell, MO, departed this life in Lonedell on Monday, November 12, 2012, having reached the age of sixteen years, one month and one day. Destiny was born in Washington, MO on October 11, 1996, daughter of Walter Vincent Pearson and Tonya Kay Pearson nee Abegg.

Destiny is survived by her parents, Walter Pearson of Lonedell, MO and Tonya Hogue and husband, James, of St. Clair, MO; by her grandparents, Alex Pearson and wife, Cindy, of Kiln, MI, Linda Lipe and husband, Lonnie, of St. Clair and Ed Abegg and wife, Brenda, of Robertsville, MO; by her step-grandparents, Ken Hogue and wife, Doris, of Lonedell; by her sister, Lisa Pearson of St. Clair; by her half-siblings, Isaiah and Twileigha Hogue of St. Clair; by her step-siblings, Justin and Kristopher Hogue of Lonedell; by aunts, uncles, great and great-great aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Destiny was a Christian and member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Luebbering, MO and a past member of Bethel Baptist Church in Lonedell, MO. Destiny was a freshman at St. Clair High School where she was member of the drama club. She was a cheerleader at Pacific Junior High School when she attended there. Destiny enjoyed many interests; including square dancing, sewing and karate. She was an avid reader, and loved to write. Riding horses was another of her hobbies. What meant most to Destiny was time spent with friends and family. The many wonderful memories they created together will forever be cherished by them all.

A kind and loving daughter, granddaughter, step-granddaughter, sister, half-sister, step-sister, niece, great and great-great niece, cousin and treasured friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation was held from 2:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO. Funeral and committal services were private.
